I have a booking to stay at the Hotel Indigo in Glasgow on the 16th of November 2019 if I purchase this voucher will it be valid on that date.

What denominations are the vouchers in? Can you get for example 4 x £50 for example, as full value of the voucher is to be used with no change.

I'm happy to confirm there are a few different options available for this offer:
- £30 for a £50 voucher to spend on food and drink
- £60 for a £100 voucher to spend on food and drink
- £100 for a £200 voucher to spend on food and drink

Your voucher claims to be up to 50% loff can you explain to me how you achieve these savings

I can confirm savings for this deal are advertised as up to 50%.

Voucher option 3 is for a £200 voucher to spend on food and drink at Marco Pierre White Restaurant and as our vouchers are £100, the saving is 50%

What to expect

£50, £100 or £200 voucher to spend on food and drink

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 March 2020, 7 days, 12.30pm – 10pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Maximum value of vouchers used cannot exceed £200. Multiple vouchers up to this amount can be used but you must state at the time of booking the total voucher value.

Full voucher value must be used in one sitting, change will not be provided.

Voucher can be used towards any food or drink menu; subject to change.

Please note food must be ordered; full voucher amount cannot be redeemed on drinks only.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Table may be required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers. Members can choose from all menus available in restaurant, however cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
