It states sold out but salon are happy to accept gift vouchers if I but massage vouchers

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid Option 4 for a 55 minute aromatherapy, Swedish or deep tissue full body massage and a 25 minute scalp massage is currently sold out, and we can't sell more vouchers.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 13 Dec 2020, valid Sat - Tue 10am - 6pm and Wed - Fri 10am - 9pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Henna brows: duration approx 45min. Treatment benefits last approx 7 days on the skin and 4 - 6 weeks on the hair. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.

Brow lamination: duration approx 45min. Treatment benefits last approx 4 - 6 weeks. Patch test is required 48 hours in advance.

Gel manicure: duration approx 1hr 15 mins. Treatment benefits last up to 2 weeks dependent on maintenance.

Massage: duration approx 1hr 20mins. Choice of aromatherapy, Swedish or deep tissue full body massage. Treatment is not suitable for pregnant women in the first trimester or for those suffering from cancer. There are certain contra-indications to massage depending on the particular health issue, such as back and neck problems. Please contact salon directly to discuss any concerns in advance of booking. Minimum age of 16yrs; 16 - 18yr olds must be accompanied by a guardian.

Henna brows, brow lamination and gel manicure have a minimum age of 12yrs; 12 - 18yr old must be accompanied by a guardian.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
