Can you advise the surcharge to upgrade to a family room for two nights for a 3 year old? Is there two separate bedrooms within a family room?

Hi I thought I saw this deal fir 2 nights but going between March April May but now the offer is from 1st May but we were looking for 12 and 13th April ???

I'm afraid this voucher is valid from Wednesday 1st May 2019, so couldn't be used for a stay in April.

Can you confirm if staying Friday , Saturday or Sunday nights if any additional charge , as does not state other than upgrading of a room a charge

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 May 2019 until Sun 30 June 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.  

Excludes 23 – 25 May and 28 – 29 June 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: Privilege room £25 and Superior room £40; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise when booking.

Options 2 & 3 include a £22 per person dinner allowance for the Chef's choice or Brasserie menu on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Max of 3 children permitted in a family room; subject to availability. Family rooms available at a supplement; please discuss directly with the hotel. Children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
