I can confirm a max of 3 children are permitted in a family room; subject to availability. Family rooms available at a supplement; please discuss directly with the hotel. Children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 and superior room £40; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise when booking. Cannot be replaced with soft drinks.

Options 2 & 3 include a £22 per person dinner allowance for a set menu on the first night only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
