Please advise what you are doing to help people who are now affected by covid-19 but their voucher is about to expire? Hotel advises you should be the people to help with this.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine and breakfast OR

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.

Dinner options also exclude 30 - 31 Dec 2021.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Double or twin classic room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room - £25 or suite - £50; payable directly to the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 includes a £22pp dinner allowance towards the Brasserie menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival, please advise the hotel of your preference at time of booking.

Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 5yrs and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
