I can confirm a max of 1 child age 14 and under is permitted free of charge when sharing a classic room with 2 adults, with meals to be paid for as taken; subject to availability.

Hi for Xmas we were given an itison voucher for Livingston and one for Aberdeen is it possible to use the one for Aberdeen for Livingston instead?

Vouchers can only be used at the venue stated on them, and can't be redeemed in an alternative hotel.

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine, £22pp dinner spend on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 28-31 Oct, 1-12 Nov, 26-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note vouchers are non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a privilege room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white when booking.

Option 2 and 3 includes a £22pp dinner spend valid against the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Option 3: dinner is on the first night only.

Pets are not permitted.

Leisure facilities are currently not available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
