If you buy this voucher are you guaranteed to get booked, as last year unfortunately we couldn’t get booked and lost our money (itison were very good and sorted it out ) not so sure about restruant

We would always advise making your booking as soon as possible after purchasing your voucher as you'll have a better chance of getting your chosen date, but if you can't book your preferred date just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
