Hi, would the deal cost extra to add a five years child?

I'm pleased to confirm that children are permitted and included in the overall headcount. Children aged 3-16 require a supplementary charge of £40 including breakfast when using an additional bed and one additional bed can be added in the McCain suite

Please discuss this further and pay directly to hotel.

What happens if I have to cancel the booking unexpectedly ie: illness/COVID. Will I loose my voucher if I can’t rebook in the timescales detailed or will it be honoured for a future date asap?

With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

  • Includes a 3 course dinner on the first night, 6 course tasting menu on the second night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Apr 2022 until Wed 30 Nov 2022, valid Tue - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and 30 May - 31 Aug 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 28 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

McCain suite available with two adjoining king size rooms.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner on the first night and 6 course tasting menu on the second night. Menus are subject to daily change. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Tables can be booked between 6.30pm and 8.30pm and are required back within 2hrs. A smart casual and formal dress code is required.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; one additional bed can be added in the McCain suite. Children ages 2 and under stay free of charge and ages 3 - 16 require a supplementary charge of £40 including breakfast when using additional bed; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. Please note that no additional beds can be provided in the MacIain or Macdonald suite.

Max of 1 dog permitted in the MacDonald suite for a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly. Dogs not permitted in the MacIain or McCain suite.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
