Questions and answers

Would I be able to purchase 3 Sunday roast vouchers for 6 people and bring along my 2 year old nephew who would require a high chair and we would purchase his meal separately. If yes can you confirm we would get a table together with 3 vouchers? I would make the booking under my name as I would be the one purchasing all 3 vouchers.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted and a max of 3 cam be used per table.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Sep 2023 until Sun 26 Nov 2023, Sundays 12noon- 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Sat.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note, a £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per table.

Sunday roast each; menu is subject to change. No vegetarian or gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a orange juice.

Table required back after 2 hours.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
