What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival & breakfast OR 
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, £25pp dinner allowance on the first night & breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

1 night stay: Valid Sun - Fri. Excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly.

2 night stay: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £25prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

All stays exclude 24 Dec 2021 - 5 Jan and 11-20 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings cancelled within 72 hours will result in a forfeited voucher. A £20 fee will apply to any changes to confirmed bookings; payable directly.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Deluxe twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior, suite, garden room or Cedar room - £20; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Option 2: Includes a £25 per person allowance to be used on the table d'hôte or à la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted in a family room. Please discuss directly as family rooms are limited.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
