I’m happy to let you know your credit is still valid, so I’m sorry you’re having trouble.
To apply this at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.
You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows - CODE_CODE - and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.
