I'm happy to let you know a maximum of one pet and one child is permitted for this deal.

Reservations including a dog are accommodated in intimate king rooms only at a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly to the hotel.

To bring a child, this also requires a supplementary charge of £25 for an extra bed and includes breakfast. Please note an upgrade to a gorgeous or opulent room is required to bring a child.

As different room upgrades are required for both options, we would recommend contacting No17 The Promenade directly on 01631 700211 and they'll be happy to discuss. Just make sure to mention that you'll be using an itison voucher.

hi its not quite clear but can you confirm that option 4 is£ 50 dinner allowance on first night "and" a two course dinner in restaurant on second.. The details seem to suggest its an " or"?

I notice from the hotel’s website that dinner is served on ky Thursday to Sunday dues this mean the £50 dinner allowance can. KY8 be used on those nights. I wanted to book Tues/weds and purchased a voucher for that including dinner allowance

Unfortunately we did not get a king room or a woodland view with our room 1 just a view of the side of a large shed!! This should be informed when booking this hotel that if you are booking with an itison voucher that front facing rooms will cost extra.This is rather discriminatory on their behalf as we have booked with itison lots of times and never had this happening.!! Treated rather less important than other guests and that should never happen.!!

I can confirm rooms can be upgraded to a seaview room for a supplementary charge, which is noted in the Small Print for this deal, but I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay.

1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

2 & 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sat 1 Apr 2023, 7 days.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday & Saturday stays; payable directly.

General: All stays exclude 20 -31 Dec 2022, 1 - 3 Jan & 11 - 15 Feb 2023. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Bookings are subject to availability. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Intimate, gorgeous woodland or cosy king room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a seaview room for a supplementary charge per night; payable directly.

Options 2, 3 & 4: Includes a £50 dinner allowance to use on the No17 menu; subject to change. Dinner is on the first night only.

Option 4: Includes £50 dinner allowance or a set 2 course meal on the second night at your choice of restaurant; Waterfront Fishouse or Cuan Mor.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. 48 hour advance notice is required. Table required back after 2 hours. 

Max of 1 child permitted; requires a supplementary charge of £25 for an extra bed, including breakfast. An upgrade to a gorgeous or opulent room is required; please discuss with and pay directly.

Max of 1 pet are permitted in intimate king rooms only at a supplementary charge of  £15; payable directly.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
