This deal asks for full card details without any opportunity to select an accommodation date. I have never seen such an offer before is, it honest and genuine?

Although most of our vouchers are for two people to use, you are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid.

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 8 - 10, 15 - 17, 22 - 24, 29 - 31 Mar, 25 Apr, 18, 25, 28 - 29 May and 1 Jul - 31 Aug 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Sept 2020. Bookings can be made from Fri 6 Mar 2020.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: front facing room £15; payable directly to hotel.

Please note: credit  / debit card details will be required at booking upon booking to finalise reservation - no charge will be taken.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 dinner allowance valid on any food and drink. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Allowance is for one night only.

Max 1 child permitted in a family room for £25 per room per night, including breakfast. Children are classed as ages 12 and under.

Max 1 dog are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. 

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
