I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to the hotel. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.

While most of our getaway deals are for 2 people, many hotels are welcome to accept our vouchers for a sole traveller, although no further discount would be applicable.

It's always worth checking with the individual venue before buying a voucher, though, as some may be able to offer you a better deal directly for single occupancy.

  • Choose to stay in July/August OR September
  • Jul & Aug stays: voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 9 - 10, 21, 23 and 25 - 28 Jul 2021.
  • Sept stays: voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 2, 5 - 11, 13, 17 - 18, 20 - 23 and 25 Sep 2021.
  • Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
  • Online bookings only.
  • Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
  • Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
  • Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
  • Stay in a standard double room.
  • Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double/twin with a view - £15, superior - £30, deluxe double/twin with a view - £50; payable directly to hotel. 
  • Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
  • Parking available.
  • Max of 2 children permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.
  • Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel
  • Wheelchair access available.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
