So I'm afraid a booking on the 5th or 6th of October wouldn't be possible.

Hi,
I am interested in booking 2 nights at the apartment although am slightly confused by the ‘7 days’. Does this mean I would need to book my stay in the 7 days after buying this voucher or can I buy the voucher and book anytime up until the 9th of February?

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used 7 days a week until Thursday the 31st of March 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Please note this deal excludes the 21st of December 2021 to the 2nd of January 2022.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two in a one bedroom self-catering studio apartment

Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 21 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 night stay: max of 4 per person. 2 night stay: max of 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Please note check-in is at the Ranald Hotel, 41 Stevenson Street.

Standard studio apartment available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child or additional adult permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly. An additional child is permitted in a cot which is available upon request. Guests must bring their own bedding for the cot.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
