Hi can you advise how this equates to a 57% saving. I do not see a favourites menu on their website suggesting it is not a deal currently available to the public so confused?? Thanks.

I’m happy to help clear this up, as our prices are all checked before our deals go on sale. This deal is for 2 people and includes:

- a starter, usually up to £6.95 per person.
- a main, usually up to £15.95 per person

This gives a top price of £45.80 and as our vouchers are £20, the saving is up to 57%. I'm happy to let you know the pricing has been checked against the menu which can be viewed by heading to https://bit.ly/33JVX0M; please note this is subject to change.

Our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can though, we will link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

I'm afraid this voucher is only valid to use in Ollie's, and can't be used in any of the sister venues.

What to expect

2 courses for two 

Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Aug 2019 until Sun 17 Nov 2019, Sun - Fri 4pm - 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 28 Sep 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

2 courses each from Favourites menu only. Menu subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted. Please note there is only space for 2 prams at once in the restaurant; please advise at time of booking if you require space for a pram.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
