Option 2: Includes a choice of 5 x 1 hour classes. One class a week for a 5 week period.

Classes will be via zoom; max of 100 people per zoom class.

Stretching and floorwork is suitable for beginners with any level of fitness.

Pole dancing requires an intermediate level of fitness as there will be nobody there to support you during lifts. Please note pole dancing lessons require a pole at home/where you will be training.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
