Hi I've purchased this voucher but it won't let me redeem it when I go to order? Can someone look into this please as I was hoping to order today. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting your voucher redeemed.

After following the link on your voucher, add the pamper box to your basket and view your basket. Copy and paste your voucher code over to the coupon code box and click Apply Coupon. This should bring your total down and allow you to fill out your personal details.

Hi, purchase 3 of these and ordered them on the Traymendous website over a week ago as 3 gifts to family. I’ve emailed the company as they’ve not been delivered and have had no response. Can you help?
