Hi, the T&Cs state the voucher can only be used for 30mins on Saturday; 12 til half past….is this right?

I'm happy to confirm this voucher is valid to use between 12noon-12:30pm. This means the voucher must be booked during this time and your table is required back after 1.5 hours.

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4:45pm & Sat 12noon - 12:30pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes 14 Feb & 19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table. 

Thai sharing feast for two from a set menu. Includes prawn crackers to share, 5 sharing plates and a scoop of ice cream each.

Includes a cocktail each choosing from a strawberry, mango or banana & coconut sling. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Supplemented dishes will be stated on the menu; payable directly.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1.5 hours. 

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
