Hello, I thought I had purchased two deals for the Boat Inn and gave all my banking details etc. I have not had a confirmation email and as one of the vouchers was for friends I would like to pass it on to them. Can you confirm please that I have indeed paid for this. Many thanks. Morag Owens

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and bottle of Prosecco on arrival OR

2 night stay for two with breakfast both mornings and bottle of Prosecco on arrival

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge per room is required for the following: Friday stays £10 and Saturday stays £20; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival.

No children permitted.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
