You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Colour cannot be applied to anyone under the age of 18.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr – 1hr 30mins.

Option 2 duration: approx. 3 hours.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per person per treatment for the following: root tint or express toner; payable directly to salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
