Hi are we able to stay with you on Saturday 28th for 1 night we are from the Scottish Borders currently on level 1, I don’t want to buy the voucher if you are unable to accommodate us ? Thanks Gordon

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival.

Max of 2 children permitted; 0-2yrs go free and a supplementary charge of £15 per child is required for 3-12yrs including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted. 

No wheelchair access available 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
