What to expect

Overnight stay for two with dinner, a glass of wine each, breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 14 – 16 Feb 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room for Fridays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Classic double rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the menu; subject to change. 

Please note you can upgrade to the Valentines dinner menu for a supplementary cost of £15 per person; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.

Includes a small glass of house wine each; can be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; however would require an upgrade to a family room. Children are classed as 12 and under; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Max of 5 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.

Includes leisure access gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spa.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
