i have a voucher from ITISON booking . unfortunately i have booked direct with Porter & Rye in Glasgow ( BQNZFVYX) for the 14th Feb' 2023 at 4pm, can you confirm that my voucher will be acceptable

I'm afraid this voucher excludes the 14th of February, and can't be used on this date.

To amend your booking, please contact Porter & Rye directly and they'll be happy to help.

Bookings for this deal were to be made through the link on your voucher, so we'd recommend contacting Porter & Rye directly, at events@khole.co.uk, to discuss your booking and just let them know you're planning to use an itison voucher.

Voucher is valid Thu 1 - Fri 23 Dec, Mon  - Fri 12noon - 4pm and Tue 3 Jan  - Tue 28 Feb, Mon - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm & Sun 12noon - 4pm

Excludes Saturdays; Sundays in Dec; 24 - 31 Dec; 1, 2 & 25 Jan; 14th Feb.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.

Max of 1 voucher per table.

Includes £100 to spend on food and drink. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.

Menu is subject to change.

Excludes "Meat Up" promotions.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
