What to expect

Pamper day for one inc facial, massage, manicure and pedicure

Choice of location:
- Hamilton
- Silverburn
- West Nile Street

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Wed 27 Nov 2019; subject to availability.

Hamilton: Mon - Wed 9am - 9pm.

Silverburn: Mon - Wed 10am - 9pm.

West Nile Street: Mon - Wed 8am - 8pm.

Excludes Thur - Sun.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Max 2 people can book & receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. 

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Total treatment duration: 90mins.

Manicure and pedicure can last up to 1 week depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Hamilton: No wheelchair access available.

Silverburn / West Nile Street: Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
