In the event of rain the event would still go ahead as planned, but as it is an outdoor showing, guests should wear weather appropriate clothing.

Can you take a dog?

The event provider has advised well-behaved dogs are welcome, though this is possibly not recommended due to the length of films.

What to expect

Two double-bill tickets to the Queen’s Park Bandstand open-air cinema

Choice of films
- Senna and Chariots of Fire
- Cool Runnings and Karate Kid
- Battle of the Sexes and League of their Own
- Rocky I and Rocky II

Voucher is valid for the show and date purchased only; as shown on your voucher. 

Advance booking is not required.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Please note there will be a short interval between each double-bill screening.

Seating is tiered concrete; members are welcome to bring blankets and cushions for comfort.

Thur 12 Jul 2018: Senna (12A) and Chariots of Fire (PG).

Fri 13 Jul 2018: Cool Runnings (PG) and Karate Kid (12A).

Sat 14 Jul 2018: Battle of the Sexes (12A) and League of their Own (PG).

Sun 15 Jul 2018: Rocky I (12A) and Rocky II (PG).

Suitable for all ages; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Parental discretion is advised.

Please note event is outdoors; weather appropriate clothing is recommended.

Line-up is subject to change.

Dress code: fancy dress is permitted.

Please note members are not permitted to bring alcohol to the event due to licensing laws; food and drink can be purchased onsite.

Wheelchair access available.

Voucher must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
