Hi there, I was wondering what happens to the validity of the voucher if lockdown for continues or if lockdown for spa facilities lifts towards the end of the validity period? Will it be extended?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

    - Mon - Thur
    - Fri or Sun

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021 2020, Mon - Thu 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Sundays and 1 Jan - 1 Jul 2021.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Apr 2020 until Sun 26 Sep 2021, Fri - Sun 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Thursdays, 1 - 31 Jan and 18, 25 Jun 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission if 6 months since last treatment.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 30mins; please note rasul treatment is self-applied.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to leisure facilities: 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, experience shower, relaxation areas and fully equipped techno gym.

Lunch will be soup and sandwich; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
