Good morning

A friend and I were planning on visiting the Red Deer Centre on Sunday 20th September so I have been considering buying this voucher.

However upon reading the small print I have noticed that it looks like this voucher is only valid from 1st November onwards.

Could I please check if this is the case and confirm that this voucher would not be accepted at the Centre were we to visit on 20th September?

I'm afraid this voucher is only valid to use from Sunday the 1st of November 2020, and can't be used before this date.

Hi, Is The deer centre closed just now because of COVID and if so when do you plan to reopen - if voucher only valid til March 21 would it be extended if still closed then.

I can confirm under 4's go free of charge and don't require tickets. Option 1 is for a ticket for two which would be ok for you and your 5 year old.

Can I please ask why your advertisement says from £7pp when I can’t find one of those tickets. I am looking to get entry for 5 people and would have to buy 3x£18 tickets or 1x£28 family plus 1x£18 I find this very misleading.

  • Entry for a family of four with a £20 voucher to spend in the cafe

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages. Under 4's are permitted free of charge. Children are classed as ages 4 - 15.

Duration approx. 45 minutes.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing as Red Deer Centre is outdoors.

Option 2: Includes a £10 voucher to spend in the Highland Safaris Cafe.

Option 3: Includes a £20 voucher to spend in the Highland Safaris Cafe.

Please note voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
