Hi

I have just purchased 20 tickets for a works event and looking to book this for Thursday 11th July @ 6.30pm can you advise how I go about this as I called the arena direct and was advised they don't take these bookings.
Can I request that I can be contacted as a matter of urgency as it states on your deal that booking must be made by Friday 26 July 2019

This deal says online bookings only, but there is no link to the Roller rink site or a name for them, so how am I supposed to book this? The intuBraehead link just goes to their general website.

What to expect

2 hour roller rink session for two or four with skate hire

Voucher is valid from Sat 29 Jun 2019 until Sun 11 Aug 2019, Mon – Fri 11am, 1.30pm, 4pm or 6.30pm, Sat 9.30am, 11.45am, 2.15pm or 4.45pm, Sun 10.30am, 1pm or 3.30pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 5+. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult.

Duration approx. 2hrs.

If you arrive after your session has started, you will only benefit from the remaining time for that session.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Socks must be worn at all times.

Skates are provided.

During busy sessions, the roller skate size you require may not be available. Members can wait for a pair to become available or attend another session.

General level of fitness is required.

Wellbeing and suitability is the members responsibility. Please discuss any health restrictions or concerns directly with the venue.

Roller link is located on the upper floor, past McDonalds.

Wheelchair access available.

Vouchers are unable to be transferred to another session after booking is made.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
