I've double checked, and I'm happy to let you know well behaved dogs are allowed on the train and travel free of charge, but they must be kept under control and off the seats at all times.

How many children does the family ticket cover?

Option 1 is valid for two adult day rover tickets, so you're welcome to buy one voucher to cover two adults and then pay directly for the additional adult and child.

Voucher is valid from Sun 31 Mar 2019 until Sun 20 Oct 2019; Sat & Sun, 11am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Voucher is also valid 11am – 4pm on specific Wednesdays throughout Easter and summer holidays; 3, 10 Apr, 10, 17, 24, 31 Jul and 7 & 14 Aug 2019.

Advance booking not required.

Dates are subject to change and availability; please check here for train times prior to visiting.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages. Children under 3 travel free.

Duration approx. 20 mins. 

Option 1 is valid for 2 adults.

Option 2 is valid for 2 adults and 3 children. Children are classed as 15yrs and under.

Voucher holders can enjoy multiple train journeys for the duration of the day.

Wheelchair access available at the station and on board unless specific carriages are out of service. Please note there are no disabled facilities.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
