I would like to buy a 2 night stay voucher. Can this be used for a Saturday/Sunday night stay?

I'm afraid our 2 night stay voucher for this deal can only be used Sunday-Thursday but, if it helps at all, our 1 night stay vouchers can be used on Fridays and Saturdays, subject to a supplement of £20 per night, and multiple 1 night stay vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.

On the website this hotel has 4 rooms available but will not take my booking for a 1 night stay on Friday night via itison. Said it is only valid Sunday till Thursday. Even though I said I do understand its an extra £20. They said no more itison rooms available. Instead of my booking via itison they would rather no booking for 2 days time.

Hello. I will be travelling on my own. With this itison deal it's stating it's for 2 people. Could you please tell me if there is a reduction for a single occupancy,,,, or will I be entitled to 2 breakfasts? Lol ?. Also, I read somewhere I could request a river view, is this available? 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.

2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022,Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2021, 1-2 Jan and 13-15 Feb 2022.

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 11.30am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes cream tea served on arrival between 2pm and 5pm served in the lounge. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Free parking available.

Max 1 child ages 12 and under are permitted on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £10 and £20 to upgrade to family room £20; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Cots are not available.
