I have read the small print and it says that the voucher is available to use 7 days a week however it does not give times for a Saturday. Can you use this voucher on a Saturday and if so between which times?

Yes, to gift a voucher you simply purchase it as you would for yourself. You then select the voucher in your account and select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

What to expect

  • 2 course Teppanyaki dining for two

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8:30pm and Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb and 27 Mar 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 per person.

Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per group.

Choose a starter and main course each from set menu; subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: £2 - duck breast and £3 - beef fillet & king prawns ; payable directly to the restaurant.

Vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy and gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. 

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
