Am I allowed to bring my dog?
Angela, 15:29, 24/10/21
Hi Angela,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I can confirm a max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; payable directly to the hotel.
I hope this helps!

I would like to use my Itison credit of £49 towards booking a 2 night stay for February 4 and 5th. Can you advise if I book directly with the hotel as I am unsure as to how to redeem my voucher with them. I can see that I can book online with the Company just now for those dates but not sure how to do this. Can you help please
Deborah, 22:28, 28/10/21
Hi Deborah,
Thanks for getting in touch!
You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
Under the 'How to Book' section of your voucher, there's a link to book online and a promo code for you to enter on the venue's website.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
I hope this helps!
