Hi i ordered the 5 christmas tin set for £19. I tried to enter the code in but its not working

Thanks for getting in touch although I'm sorry to hear your code doesn't seem to be working.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend copying and pasting the code directly from your voucher to make sure it matches exactly.

If it still doesn’t work, just let us know at support@itison.com and we're happy to investigate this further.

Hi. I placed an order on Saturday 30th November to be delivered to my home but the details are not on my orders and no confirmation seems to be on my orders page. Can you confirm you received my order.
