When is the voucher valid until and can I use at weekends?

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used until Sunday 31st March 2019, Sunday to Friday, spa 6.30am – 10pm, treatment times 10am – 6pm, subject to availability.

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with an Elemis Couture Touch treatment each, a glass of Prosecco each, robe and slippers and access to the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri, spa 6.30am – 10pm, treatment times 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 24 Dec 2018 – 1 Jan 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16’s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
