I can confirm the choice of treatments are a prescribed facial to leave your skin healthy and glowing and a elemis couture touch treatment including a back, neck & shoulder massage with a mini facial.

Option 2 is valid Sundays only, and prices start from £69.

Mon - Fri options: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun.

Sun options: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Apr 2023 until Sun 25 Jun 2023, Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat.

General: 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16's only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding if advised at time of booking.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it's been 12 months since their last treatment.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes with an optional 25 minute massage.

Includes full leisure access.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
