Hi Gillian your direct email would not allow a reply ... so please reply to this -I can assure you it was not in Dundee itison as my husband and I both checked prior to booking even on the actual day Saturday 4th just in case as the aquarium often features on itison.. but not on till Sunday and I thought typical but wasn’t annoyed until I saw date it valid from.. can the aquarium or a manager sort this out ..

Can I ask why the aquarium deal has a valid date of 1st May to 31st May - when the feeding option has a valid date of 22nd Dec. This doesn’t make sense to me.
Surely if the valid dates were only to the 31st May then the deal would be removed and if the dates are longer would it not make sense to change the valid until date ???

Multiple purchases permitted.

Voucher permits entry for two adults and two children on one day.

Suitable for all ages; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 and children ages 2 and under go free.

Seal, Meerkat and Penguin feeding:

Seal feeding voucher is valid until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days, 10.30am only; subject to availability.

Meerkat feeding voucher is valid until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days, 1.30pm and 4.30pm; subject to availability.

Penguin feeding voucher is valid until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days, 4pm only; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Vouchers permit two people to one feeding session and aquarium entry each.

Members should arrive 10 mins before the booked time so you can meet the keeper at the enclosure to receive your introduction to the animals.

Feeding experience lasts approx. 30 mins.

Full length trousers must be worn and closed toed shoes. Seals and penguins are outside, please dress appropriately for the weather.

Gloves are provided but the meerkats eat insects and the seals and penguins eat fish that you will be handling.

The meerkat enclosure has soft sand underfoot and involves stepping over rocks; members must be able bodied and sturdy on their feet.

Suitable for ages 8+.

All visitors enter into our enclosures at their own risk. There is a chance you may get bitten.

General:

No wheelchair access available due to ongoing construction work.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
