Hi I noticed it’s online bookings only I had a issue with another place and they didn’t reply to my emails as they said they were busy taking bookings for XMAS in September so unsure about booking?

Your voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

What to expect

  • £50 voucher to spend on food and drink

Voucher is valid from Wed 20 Sep until Sun 19 Nov 2023, Sun-Fri 12noon-9pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 1 voucher per two peple.

Voucher can be used against the main menu and drinks. Cannot be used against drink alone. Voucher must be used in full, no change given.

Vegetarian, vegan & gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1.5 hours. 

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 9pm.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
