I booked direct with the restaurant as I was unable to book online,I've paid for this deal, do I just need to print the voucher and take it with me? I've also sent two emails about this but not had a response,

I’ve bought an option 4 but want to book for Tues 18th. Can I change my purchase to an option 3 please? I am only in Glasgow on the 18 th and 19th.

Options 1 & 2 are valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Sun - Thur, 1pm - 2.30pm; subject to availability. Exclude Fridays and Saturdays.

Option 3 is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Sun - Thur, 5pm - 9.30pm; subject to availability. Exclude Fridays and Saturdays.

Option 4 is valid from Fri 30 Nov 2018 until Sat 22 Dec 2018, Fri - Sat, 4pm - 9.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sunday - Thursday and 14 Dec 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 20 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 vouchers per person.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

Option 1 and 2: Festive carvery lunch only.

Option 3 and 4: set menu only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2, 3 and 4 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Tables are required back after 90 mins during busy periods.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
