The Bonham had a similar deal with breakfast and a evening meal was also included, isn’t this a huge rip off? I’ve been many times, I certainly won’t again if this is the new policy.

Hi. We’re looking to book for 27 November for a night ; the previous night we’re attending a dinner (and stay) at a castle. If the dinner is cancelled due to Covid, will we be able to cancel the hotel? Also if there’s a further lockdown, I assume we can cancel with no penalty and rebook later -maybe outside of the expiry date?

I can confirm we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase, but you should also be aware you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Jul 2020 until Tue 1 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

King or twin superior room available.

Includes a bottle of red or white wine and chocolates in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
