You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two including breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 24-26 & 31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan and 22 Feb 2022. Please note that the hotel is closed between 25 Feb & 6 Mar.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard superking or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 ages 0-12yrs children permitted on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
