I'm happy to let you know the 2-course meal options are valid until Saturday 15th of January 2022 - just select the Oct to Jan option before check-out to purchase this option.

I can confirm there is a maximum of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night, which is payable directly to the hotel.

What to expect

  • 1 OR 2 night stay with early check-in, bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast & optional 2 course dinner on the first night

BB stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

DBB stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Oct 2021 until Sat 15 Jan 2022, 7 days. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Excludes 24-31 Dec 2021 and 1-2 Jan 2022.

General: A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe king for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

DBB options: Includes a starter/main from the main menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant. Vegan, vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Please note that dinner is served in the Waverly Hotel across the road. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; supplement of £15 per child for children aged 2 – 15yrs, including breakfast with all other meals charged as taken. Upgrade to a family suite is required for an additional £20 supplement per room per night. Please discuss and arrange directly with the hotel. Travel cots can be provided for under 3s, free of charge.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
