What to expect

The Crystal Maze Live Experience for four with a souvenir photo each

Voucher is valid from Sun 30 Dec 2018 until Tue 26 Feb 2019, Tue, Thur, Fri & Sun, selected timeslots only; subject to availability.

Sundays in Dec 2018: 5.10pm, 5.25pm, 5.30pm, 5.40pm, 5.55pm; limited availability, please check Crystal Maze website before booking.

Thursdays in Jan 2019: 3pm, 3.15pm, 8.00pm, 8.15pm, 8.30pm, 8.45pm, 9pm, 9.15pm.

Fridays in Jan 2019: 5.40pm, 5.55pm, 6.30pm, 6.40pm, 6.55pm.

Sundays in Jan 2019: 6pm, 6.15pm, 6.30pm, 6.45pm.

Tuesdays in Feb 2019: 4pm, 4.15pm, 4.30pm, 4.45pm, 5pm, 5.15pm, 5.30pm.

Excludes Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 19 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once you have converted your voucher into a booking with The Crystal Maze Team your date and time of your show cannot be changed or refunded.

Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.

Suitable for ages 13+; under 18s must be accompanied by a playing and paying adult on your team.

Minimum height: 1.2 metres.

Duration approx. 70mins.

Max of 8 people per team.

General fitness level required; the game is a physical activity and requires standing approx. 70mins.

A safety waiver must be signed prior to your game; please discuss directly with The Crystal Maze Experience.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

Sportswear, casual clothes, trainers are recommended and cover up as much as possible; high heels and open toe sandals are not permitted.

Limited wheelchair access available; please book well in advance as maze can be adapted, please discuss directly with The Crystal Maze Experience.

Consuming alcohol prior to your visit will result in you not being able to play the maze.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
