I'm happy to let you know advanced booking is required with option 3, which includes afternoon tea, but is not required for voucher options 1 & 2.

I'm afraid our voucher for a family of two adults and up to four children doesn't include afternoon tea, but you are welcome to either buy x 2 of our vouchers for two people which do include afternoon tea or book this with the venue directly.

  • Entry for one family of two adults and up to four children

Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days 10am - 5pm ; subject to availability. Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020. Advance booking not required. Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!). Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Max of 3 vouchers per person.

Options 1 & 3: Entry for two adults.

Option 2: Entry for family of two adults and up to four children. Children are classed as ages 12 and under. Children under 3 are free of charge.

Suitable for all ages.

Option 3: Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Vegetarian options are available. Table may be required back after 2hrs.

This is a self-guided tour.

Voucher is valid for one visit.

No wheelchair access available.

A braille guidebook is available.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher to the ticket office on arrival for entry.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
