I purchased this voucher, and a friend booked us in for yesterday afternoon, using the voucher code. The venue texted her to cancel, yesterday, as a staff member had Covid. They offered to re-book at a later date, but as we live 85 miles away, this is not likely to be possible. Can I get a refund or credit for this voucher?

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea with gin tasting for one OR two

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Includes afternoon tea from a set menu. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a gin tasting consisting of 5 x 25 ml gins with paired tonics. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted. Gin tasting is for strictly over 18s.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
