Is the voucher refundable if I can’t get the dates I want? (I would be looking to book as soon as I purchase the voucher)

Can I arrive on a Friday for 2 nights in January?

I can confirm the weekend voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Thur 30 Jan 2020, and is valid for Thursday, Friday and Saturday arrivals only; subject to availability.

Midweek voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Wed 29 Jan 2020, valid Sun - Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Thur - Sat.

Weekend voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Thur 30 Jan 2020, valid Thur - Sat arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Wed.

All options exclude 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020. (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Feb - Mar 2020:

Midweek voucher is valid from Sun 2 Feb 2020 until Mon 30 Mar 2020, valid Sun - Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Thur - Sat.

Weekend voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Sat 28 Mar 2020 valid Thur - Sat arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Wed.

All options exclude 15 - 29 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020. (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

One or two bedroom apartment available.

A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly to hotel on arrival.

Includes leisure access during your stay including gym, indoor pool and spa facilities; subject to availability.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount. Under 18s are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by an adult.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; subject to availability.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
