Hello, the Mere Park deal states available Friday and Saturday however further down it states excludes Friday and Saturday, can you clarify please

I can confirm Option 2 for this deal is valid from Sat 5 Jan 2019 until Sat 27 Apr 2019, and can be used Fri – Sat; subject to availability. This option excludes Sundays – Thursdays.

If you're unable to secure a suitable booking I can confirm we do offer a full 14-day refund on unused vouchers.

I'm afraid these vouchers do all expire at the end of April, so they sadly can't be used to book a stay in May. We've some great deals in the pipeline though - hopefully a more suitable deal will pop up soon!

2 night stay for two in in a Mere Lake Room with dinner on one night, breakfast and a Bloom Gin and Rose Lemonade each; valid Sun - Wed

Option 1 voucher is valid from Fri 4 Jan 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Option 2 voucher is valid from Sat 5 Jan 2019 until Sat 27 Apr 2019, Fri – Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays.

Option 3 voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Mon 29 Apr 2019, Sun – Wed; subject to availability. Excludes Thursdays – Saturdays.

Excludes 8, 9, 14-16 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Option 1 and 3 voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Apr 2019 and option 2 by Fri 19 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Includes unlimited movies, 10% off pre-booked spa treatments, 20% off pre-booked golf and full use of the health club and spa facilities from 12noon on arrival date until 11am on the day of departure.

Includes a £30 dinner voucher towards the menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. 2 night option includes dinner on one night.

Includes a Bloom Gin & Rose Lemonade each; can be substituted for a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £35 for an additional bed, children are classed as ages 12 and under and a max of 1 cot requires £15; payable directly to hotel. Ages 12+ are classed as adults.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
