I have a voucher for this deal. Phoned the number on the website to be told had to contact the hotel . Did so to be told I had to book through the “ Itison hub”??

Hi it says children are 12 and under and there’s a £15 supplement, are infants free or subject to same charge? My daughter is 1 (and we have our own travel cot) and normally free in hotels so I wanted to check first, thanks

The Portpatrick Hotel have confirmed infants aren't subject to the £15 supplement and stay free of charge.

The hotel does have a limited number of cots available, which would be free of charge, but you're welcome to bring your own travel cot if preferred.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two including breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco to share

Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Aug 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 3 - 4, 12, 15 Aug and  6 – 7 Sep 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Sep 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. 

Superior double or twin room with view available.

Rooms can be upgraded to premier double room with view for £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Free parking available.

Max 1 child permitted for superior room; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade the room.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
