I can confirm a max of 1 child or additional adult is permitted and require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to the hotel. Cots are available upon request and guests must bring their own bedding.

I have booked this for feb but we are in lockdown! I’ve been trying to contact the hotel but can’t get a hold of anyone I’ve emailed twice with no reply. And keep calling with no answer. I’m scared we lose the vouchers can you help?

Hi,
The voucher says it is available 7 days until December 2021 but in the small print is says 'Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.' Is the voucher available to book all year throughout 2021 or just Oct-Dec 2021?

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two in a one bedroom studio apartment

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 4 per person. Option 2: Max of 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Please note check-in is at the Ranald Hotel, 41 Stevenson Street and the apartments are located at 25 Stevenson Street.

Standard studio self-catering apartment available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child or additional adult permitted and require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Cots are available upon request and guests must bring their own bedding.

No pets permitted. 

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
