It's not clear if the £20 per night weekend excess applies to Oct bookings as it's only mentioned under the sub heading of Jan/March, can you clarify please.

We are already up there in October 21st & 22nd at the Ranald so would need to add on the 23rd and 24th but can't see what dates are still available. Don't want to pay and then discover we cannot get the dates we need to prolong our stay.

Hi there. Just looking for some clarification on the dates available. The small print says:

“What to expect
1 or 2 night stay with continental breakfast served in the room
Choice of Oct - Dec 2020 or Jan - Dec 2021 stay

Small print
Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.”

Slightly confused as it says Jan-Dec 2021 is a choice, but then below says voucher valid from Oct-Dec 2021. Just to check what dates are actually being offered!

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.

Double or twin standard, grand and grand plus rooms are available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Please note due to COVID-19 breakfast will be continental and served in the room. Hot items are excluded.

Paid on street parking available; limited spaces.

Max of 1 child permitted; up to 2 years are free of charge and cots are provided, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
